So in addition to having a new office, I also have new glasses:
In theory, I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a teenager.
Because I only ever had to wear them for computer work and reading, many people don’t know this.
There is a further reason that most people don’t know this, which is that I scratched my last pair of glasses, probably when I was 21 or so, and haven’t worn any since.
As I spend most of my time either at the computer or reading, I probably should have replaced these sooner.
At any rate, I have them now.
Combined with this new office thing, I somehow feel suddenly much older.
But in a good way, not a bad way.
