In IE, when you specify a dotted border, can you specify BOTH colors of the border?
So, on a white background, you could have a pink & purple-dotted border (well, dashed in IE, but whatever).
Also, by default, is the un-listed color the same as the background color of the element, or the elements parent?
For example, if I have a black-dotted border around an element with a white background, but that element is sitting in a page with a grey background, will the border by black & white or black & grey? (I know, I could easily test this one.
But it’s on my mind).
